Planning your trip

After you contact us, we'll start planning your flight right away. Here's how the process works.

How we plan your flight

One of our flight planners will work with you to narrow down a plan that fits your schedule, your budget, and your ideas. We'll ask you questions about what you'd like to do, and we'll make suggestions. Once you've decided on a plan, we'll put together a written quote and fax it to you for your approval. Your flight goes on our schedule as soon as you return the signed forms and confirm the reservation with a credit card.

During our flight planning, we will also gather information that the FAA requires we collect, including your name, your birthdate, and how much you and your bags weigh. We may ask you for identification when you arrive for your flight, and we might ask you to step on our scales or to weigh your baggage if weight is an issue.

Here are details on these and other requirements.

The day of your flight

On the day of your flight, you may meet us at our Hayward or San Jose locations, or we'll meet you at an airport convenient for you, or we'll arrange to have you picked up and brought to a nearby airport.

Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your planned departure. If this is your first flight with us, we'll check your picture ID and ask you to read and sign a brief flight waiver that will remain on file in our office. Once we've escorted you to the aircraft, your pilot will load your luggage, give you a short pre-flight briefing, and help you settle into your seat.

If you need help in locating one of our offices, here are directions to our offices in San Jose and Hayward. If we're picking you up elsewhere, we'll give you instructions about where to meet us, and we'll provide you with the pilot's cellphone number in case there are any last-minute issues.
