Our central location in the heart of Silicon Valley at San Carlos Airport—with its convenient hotels, car rental, and free parking, even limo pickup and drop-off from your corporate offices—can turn that nightmare 3-hour drive into a relaxed, productive hour. Relax in comfort in the plush leather interior of our LongRanger (seats up to 6) or Clipper (seats up to 3) ships, chat with a business colleague over noise-canceling Bose headsets, or even sightsee a little on your next area business transport. Once you arrive, we’ll handle the ground transportation, too. Choose a stretch limo or a town car for the very best in executive transportation.

Our service area
We provide carefree, above-the-gridlock air transportation to all Bay Area airports, as well as the near Central Valley, Marin, Napa, Sonoma, and the Monterey Bay area. We fly seven days a week. Call us during office hours for a quote to any of the airports in our service area; other locations available on request.

Please note that some airports (San Francisco International, San Jose International, and Oakland International) have additional fees that may increase the cost of your transportation.

Reservations, Cancellations, and Requirements
We make every attempt to work with your schedule, but the earlier you call, the better chance we’ll have of meeting your requirements. Golden Gate Helicopters reserves the right to cancel any flight when weather conditions are below our company or FAA minimums. All flights are conducted under the rules of Part 135 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, except in cases of emergency or weather. We require a credit card number to hold a reservation for first-time clients, and no-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged a 1-hour minimum.

Please note our weight requirements for the Clipper: No passenger heavier than 300 pounds in any seat. Our maximum payload for the R44 is 540 pounds, including all passengers and baggage. Weight limitations in the LongRanger are usually only an issue with excess baggage.
